Delivery & Access
F. D. Greenly & Sons Limited deliver direct to the customer using our own fleet of vehicles. It is essential we are able to gain access to the site at the point of delivery.
Please consult the vehicle dimensions as given below and when placing you order, please check with our office what vehicle will be used for the deivery and ensure that site access and discharge of goods will not be an issue.
What you need to know about Greenly’s Aggregates
Greenly’s supply aggregates loose from our Tippers
no bags or hiab/crane deliveries
minimum single load 3 tonnes.
maximum single load 20 tonnes.
Gross weight 18 tonnes 2 axle fully loaded
dimensions of 2 axle lorry 10′ wide 18′ long 9’6″ high needs 15′ clearance to tip.
Gross weight 32 tonnes 4 axle fully loaded
dimensions of 4 axle lorry 10′ wide 30′ long 11’6″high needs 22’clearance to tip.
Access needs to be able to withstand weight as above.
We cannot tip within 6′ of electricity cables due to possibility of “arcing”.
